Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, presenting AXXESS Health Services and highlighting the value we provide in healthcare staffing.
2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their staffing needs and matching them with our services.
3. Script Adherence: Follow telemarketing scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication.
4. Information Gathering: Gather relevant information from potential clients, updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
5. Appointment Scheduling: Collaborate with the appointment-setting team to schedule meetings for the marketing team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related role.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to effectively articulate the benefits of our services to potential clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Social media management experience is a plus.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
