**Position Summary:**

Acuren Inspection is currently recruiting a Midstream/Process Key Account Manager to support regions throughout the US and Canada.

This position will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to pursue, develop, and grow key accounts to drive profitable growth and specifically to drive success with corporate level strategic growth opportunities.

**Responsibilities:**

* The KAM will be responsible to call on the oil & gas & chemical segment specifically within the midstream processing

* Mechanical Integrity, (pipeline & storage) Pipeline Integrity value chain throughout the US and Canada.

* Form and maintain effective teams for establishing, retaining, and growing assigned accounts

* Foster a mutual understanding with key accounts of strategic business priorities and shared objectives

* Develop and maintain account plans defining the overall opportunities and business situation, identifying target opportunities for growing the account, setting financial targets, and specifying strategies for winning, and detailing actions to strengthen relationships and pursue opportunities

* Ensure the reliable execution of account plans and achievement of results

* Developing robust and respectful relationships with client representatives

* Communicating Acurens desire to provide high value, cost effective services to help reduce clients costs while improving the integrity of assets

* Providing excellent client experience to ensure that Acuren is consistently considered to be a trusted partner and clearly articulating Acurens capability to provide innovative solutions and specialized services

* Developing a deep understanding of the clients needs and build strong long term, strategic relationship with customer through direction relationships with key buyers and decision makers and by coordinating the Acuren team facing off against the customer

* Resolves any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust

* Coordinates near-term sales/commercial activities as well as long-term opportunity pursuits and growth strategies

* Ensures team delivers performance by achieving pricing actions, that result activities associated with budgetary/contractual adjustments, and other targeted price changes

* Relentlessly monitors market dynamics (country and regional) including customer and competitor developments and recommends strategies to counteract these pressures to management

* Takes ownership of total customer satisfaction at assigned accounts

**Competencies:**

* Strategic or key account selling

* Business acumen, including understanding of customer and project/job economics (P&L, EBITDA, and costing)

* Principles, techniques, and methods for promoting and selling services.

* Business development and market research techniques.

* Excellent communication skills

* Demonstrated analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities.

**Requirements:**

* Post-secondary education in business or marketing, or an equivalent combination of marketing or business experience

* Minimum of 8 years sales experience.

* Ability to travel ~60% of the time.

* Knowledge of Midstream asset integrity and inspection as well as general and EPCs, mechanical contractors/operators

* Mechanical Integrity, Pipeline, Pipeline Integrity and commercial expertise are required.

* B2B/industrial sales fundamentals

* Proficient in Microsoft programs with strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.

C & B Operations has an opening for a part-time Cleaning position at its John Deere dealership located in Chamberlain, SD. This individual would work a flexible schedule of approximately 12 hours per week with a strong attention to detail. Previous experience preferred.

Essential Duties :

* Clean offices.

* Sweep, vacuum, mop and scrub floors. Strip and wax floors as necessary.

* Clean, sanitize and stock supplies in all bathrooms and break rooms.

* Empty all trash receptacles and transport trash to dumpster.

* Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.

* Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.

* Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

* Performs cleaning and routine maintenance and other duties as directed by supervisor.

Physical Requirements : Frequent standing and walking. Occasional need to climb, balance, kneel or crouch. Frequent pushing, pulling or lifting of up to 15 lbs. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
