Job Details
Ability to paint and experience with detailed work like auto painting is desired
Ability to read/comprehend engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications
Strong attention to detail, use of fine motor skills needed
Familiarity with basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc.
Requires a self-starter, someone reliable and able to work independently
Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills required
Being committed to teamwork and having excellent interpersonal communication skills required
Ability to define and communicate problems verbally and in writing
Contributes to a positive team culture by building effective relationships with others, contributing to Operations Excellence Teams (OETs) and accountable for assigned tasks
Ability to follow all safety procedures including use of protective equipment
Looking for a candidate able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
Candidate with military experience is highly desired.
Experience with detailed painting aircrafts or automobiles is required.
Basic Computer skills required
