The Big Task
Were looking for an exceptional strategic Inventory, Fleet, Warehouse parts runner to help us achieve our operating plan. You will be contributing to the companys plan by always looking for ways to improve technician efficiency by having the proper truck stock, frequent restock, and working with the inventory manager to deliver goods effectively. You will ensure that we are able to accomplish our growth plans by having new vehicles on-site and ready for new staff as they come on-board. You will ensure that our vendor relationships are strong and a win for both parties.
Assist in Managing process for accountability of techs for truck inventory
Manage the truck stocking/bin layout mapping by working with the inventory manager
Optimize parts request process
Fleet/Truck Stock
Management assistance truck inventory cycle counting process.
Management assistance with new truck inventory set up process.
Assist with Vehicle maintenance tracking, scheduling, & managing internal mechanic & vendors.
Manage truck replenishment process.
Tools
Management assistance tool maintenance.
Management assistance tool/equipment check in/check out process.
Management assistance Tool Asset tracking check in and out system to techs, & technician assigned tools.
Warehouse/Safety
Management assistance warehouse staff daily to maximize efficiency to streamline operations
Ensures warehouse is neat & clean
Assistance with warehouse inventory process for a full count
Assistance with warehouse replenishment process
Assistance with warehouse inventory cycle counting process
