Essential Duties / Tasks:- Work safely while performing job duties
- Follow standardized work
- Meet or exceed production standards
- Load and unload parts/racks
- Trim, polish, repair, and inspect parts
- Production record parts using scan guns
- Perform housekeeping duties consistent with 5-S
Education and Experience:- HS degree or Equivalency Diploma is preferred
- Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of safety, quality, delivery, and cost is preferred
- Critical thinking and problem-solving is necessary for continuous improvement
