**Description**
**Responsibilities:**
* Load trucks with product (DDGS, ethanol, wet cake) using meters or scales as required assuring timely deliver of products.
* Load railcars with product as necessary following standard operating procedures and safety procedures.
* Keep grains receiving building and surrounding areas clean.
* Keep loaders and other equipment clean.
* Inspect and service equipment when needed.
* Learn scale house operations of probing, weighing, and grading of grain.
* Help in other areas of the plant when needed.
* Be courteous at all times.
* Complete any and all tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor/Plant Manager.
* Participate in on-going safety programs, safety training and follow all safety procedures.
* Communicate regularly with the control room
* Inform maintenance of any equipment failures
**Requirements**
**Background / Experience:**
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Valid drivers license required. Experience in truck loading and unloading, rail car loading.
* Experience in grain handling systems
* Operate front end loader, skid loader and other heavy equipment.
* Must be able to manage confined space entry, climb ladders and steps, lift up to 60 lbs, and work at heights.
