Fully Remote**This opportunity is fully remote.**We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to join our global team. Our Salesforce Architects possess broad knowledge across multiple salesforce products and clouds. Salesforce Architects work closely with our Enterprise clients and internal project teams in order to understand requirements and architecture in order to design and implement secure, high-performing technical solutions that will maximize the client's use of the Salesforce platform. This position will oversee a team of developers, so prior management experience is necessary.Key Responsibilities:*

**Support Technical Architecture Solutions -** Lead architectural discussions focused on assessing, designing, and planning for Salesforce engagements that involve development and/or highly technical aspects spanning different clouds on the Salesforce platform.*

**Support Platform Challenges Across Company Engagements -** Provide in-depth Salesforce platform support across design, configuration, and implementation stages of programs. Drive client and internal conversations to build consensus around technical designs, while working closely with the development team for execution.*

**Guide Delivery on Development, Integration, and Deep Data Processes -** Provide subject matter expertise across platform development, integration, and data best practices.*

**Effectively Support Client Programs Across the Global Enterprise -** Acts as a resource for Consultants and project teams across internal and external projects.*

**Oversee Developer Team**

Provide management and oversight of the developer team with a focus on project-based work, skill development, and personal development.*

**Team Collaboration & Leadership -** In collaboration with other project team members and support from leadership, manage key work activities on-time and within budget through effective project governance, clear written, verbal and oral communication and management of client expectations.Ideal Background:* At least 7 years of Salesforce development and/or architecture experience with increasing levels of responsibility* Proven track record of successful delivery on client projects, preferably Enterprise implementations* Proven experience managing a team* Comfort with driving executive-level conversations and the ability to lead through influence* Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments* Strong organization and communication skills (oral, aural and written)* Analytical curiosity and demonstrated a passion for intellectual challenges* Strong business acumen* Experience working with global development teams* Experience with various project management methodologies preferred**Why Join V2:**We offer a thriving boutique culture that is focused on growing you.
