JOIN THE SHOW: Aria Resort & Casino is searching for an Environmental Services (EVS) Supervisor, to oversee daily operations, leading the talented overnight team, and managing administrative duties.
Ideal candidates have prior resort experience, extensive knowledge of floor care, and familiarity with EVS equipment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
* Responsible for overseeing daily operations associated with assigned shift
* Conduct frequent inspections of all public areas, office, back-of-the-house, and Casino in order to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
* Working knowledge and understanding of scheduling and labor management
* Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, attention to detail, effective training, coaching and strong leadership qualities
WHAT WILL YOU NEEED?
* Either a High School diploma or equivalent experience
* Two (2) years of related experience in a similar resort setting
* Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT?
* Two (2) years of EVS management experience in a similar luxury resort setting
* Proficient in handling multiple tasks and thriving in a high-paced setting; possesses a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
