Were looking for an experienced construction worker with a good work ethic, a history of consistent attendance, and great physical strength and stamina to join our team. Responsibilities:
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as survey equipment, jackhammers, and forklifts as needed
Aid tradesmen, sub-contractors and craft workers such as painters, roofers, plasterers, carpenters, and electricians, as necessary
Remove debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean to meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements
Comply with all instructions given by the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately
Build temporary structures such as signs, cones, barricades, ramps, and other devices to control traffic around the construction site and tear down old structures
Work on up to 6 projects at a time, doing various tasks as needed (trim carpentry, drywall, painting, and punch-out work)
One plus years' experience (punch-out or finisher)
Maintain daily log sheet of work performed at various locations
Read and understand the punch list to fully grasp the requirements
Hands-on experience in working with various materials
Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
Maintain a clean and professional job site
Take measurements and calculate the size and quantities of materials needed
Keeps project manager updated with the progress of the job

Qualifications:
Good depth perception and eye-hand coordination are needed, as are mechanical skills
A high school diploma or equivalent is required - Trade certification, associates degree, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred
Past construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment and the ability to understand blueprints and construction plans are required
Able to work in inclement weather like extreme temperatures, rain, etc.
OSHA 10 certification is required
The candidate will have a background in various construction trades such as framing, painting, finish hardware, drywall, some light electrical and light plumbing, etc. In addition, the candidate will assist in the delivery of products and prepping spaces for the construction
The ability to skillfully perform basic plumbing, electrical, masonry, roofing, and HVAC is a plus
Strong skills in drywall repairs, painting, trim carpentry, and cabinet touch-ups
Must have your own tools
Required tools:
All basic hand tools (hammer, nail puller, speed square tape, screwdriver, tape measure, 5-in-1, pliers, channel locks)
Caulk gun, mud pan, mud knife, level, caulk box
Power tools (Skill saw, reciprocating saw, miter saw, table saw, router/bits, Multi-Max or similar, compressor, hoses, trim, framing gun, cordless drill, cordless nail gun, impact gun)
