**Warehouse Teammate Appleton, WI**
* Up to $1,000 Starting Bonus
* Starting Wage $17.50/hour plus
* Annual Bonus of $2,400
* Leveling and merit increase annually

**Minimum & Preferred Requirements**
* High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
* 1-3 months related experience required
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Basic computer knowledge required. Must be able to utilize database software, inventory software, order-processing systems, and word-processing software.
* Must be able to regularly lift/move 50-75 pounds, and occasionally lift/move 75-100 pounds.
* Valid WI Drivers License required, and CDL/Forklift Certifications preferred.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Read customer orders, vendor packing slips, transfers, and RGAs to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
* Convey materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.
* Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
* Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves or convey orders to packing station or shipping department.
* Mark materials with identifying information.
* Open crates and other containers.
* Pack and verify customer orders.
* Verify amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Relay discrepancies to proper personnel.
* Count or measure items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
* Use computer to enter records or reference stock.
* Compile worksheet or tickets from customer specifications.
* Drive vehicle to deliver orders to customers.
* Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
* Prepare parcels for shipment.
* Maintain inventory records.
* Maintain cleanliness of facility and grounds.
* Must have knowledge of Quality Standards and safety measures.
* May be responsible for cleanliness of vehicles.
* May assist customers at counter.
* May be responsible for cycle count.
* Other related duties as assigned.
