Spherion Staffing Reno, NV is recruiting for inbound call center openings available for South Reno based location, Temp to hire. Assisting auto insurance members with membership renewal, coverage questions, and other inquiries. Working hours are typically Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, but shift times will vary and weekend coverage is required.

The "training rate" will remain at $16.00/hr OR $16.50/hr for bilingual Spanish for the first 3 weeks and will increase over time. Typically, once the agent completes 3 weeks of training, the rate will increase to $17/hr OR $17.50 for bilingual Spanish. Upon conversion to ADG payroll, the rate will increase to $18/hr, $18.50 for Bilingual Spanish.

This is a call center position. Our representatives assist auto insurance members by addressing inquiries in relations to the client's auto insurance policies.

Responsibilities:
Representatives are expected to:
-Take inbound phone calls from auto insurance members and assist them with their insurance needs.
-Complete outbound call campaigns. These do not involve cold calling and are in follow up to inquiries made by the customer.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

Qualifications:
Previous call center experience preferred, but customer service experience will be considered as well
1-4 years of previous experience in either field
