We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our Infrastructure shared services. The ideal candidate will apply their luxury hospitality knowledge to transform the hospitality experience at our new headquarters located in Ballston Exchange in Arlington, Virginia. This person will have a strong background in hospitality management with a focus on delivering exceptional service to all employees and guests. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating and cultivating memorable, friction-free experiences that exceed expectations.

Your Responsibilities Include

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Infrastructure service delivery, focusing on personalized experiences and exceptional attention to detail.
    • Lead a team of office, event, and hospitality staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure consistently high levels of service delivery.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, including security, facilities management, audio-visual services, and Infrastructure Support Operations, to align hospitality strategies with overall vision and employee/guest experience goals.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, partner organization activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and transformation.
    • Build and maintain relationships with organizational/neighborhood/team contacts and guest hosts, anticipating their needs and preferences to provide tailored experiences that exceed expectations.
    • Ensure seamless coordination with other community events capabilities to deliver integrated services, coordinated execution, and a seamless experience for attendees.
    • Monitor feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements and enhancements as needed to drive continuous improvement.
    • Manage forecasts and financial performance for hospitality operations, optimizing and focusing resources on the most value-added activities.


Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field and 5 years of experience with a focus on VIP/luxury experience OR a minimum of 10 years of industry experience.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing high-end hospitality operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative hospitality concepts and execute them effectively.

    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with VIP guests and internal stakeholders.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in work/project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
