**The Impact Youll Make in this Role**
As a Full Time Warehouse Operator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Operating Power Industrial Vehicles (PIV)
* Picking and packing orders
* Loading and unloading stock
* Moving stock around by hand or by using lifting gear or PIV
* Checking for damaged or missing items
**Your Skills and Expertise**
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from accredited institution.
* Weekend work, working overtime and holidays as needed.
* Working extended hours
* Working a 2nd or 3rd shift, depending on shift availability
* Frequent physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent standing/walking/squatting/bending.
* Pay wage: $18.36
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse operations role in a private, public, government of military environment
* Demonstrated attention to detail
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
* Basic computer skills
$2,500.00 hiring bonus. Start date after July 13, 2021 Must meeting employment conditions

This posting is for a Full Time Warehouse Operator position at 3M Dekalb, IL. 3M anticipates that multiple openings for this position will occur over time.
