This billable role is crucial to the success of our projects. In this position you will work with clients to implement Infor software and industry standard processes with the goal of reducing costs, increasing customer service and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. Although our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators in a successful project. Our consultants are responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing and client training on Infor software, technologies and tools. The Consultant will also be expected to develop ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.Note: This is a remote opportunity and can be located from anywhere in the United States.Responsibilities:Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documentsProvide implementation consultancy and application best practice adviceAssist the realization of business benefits for clientsParticipate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor project teamConfigure client business solutions and make ongoing recommendationsDevelop and execute test plans and test software configurationsProvide regular internal reports on the status of projectsTrain users in a hands-on methodology and develop training documentation.Provide on-going support to end users, assisting with trouble shooting or additional training via email, phone or site visitsMaintain and expand client relationships through delivery of high-quality servicesRequirements :3+ years Supply Chain experience in at least one industry segment: Food and Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Fashion, Distribution and Manufacturing.3+ years project experience with ERP implementations with a Supply Chain focus specifically using Infor M3Full lifecycle implementation experience implementing ERP systems, with a Supply Chain focus specifically using Infor M3The Supply Chain Consultant will have an in-depth understanding of M3 Supply Chain business processes including Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, DistributionWillingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada)Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience is highly desirableExceptional interpersonal, communication and relationship building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet deadlinesExcellent demonstration and presentation skillsA passion for client success and enthusiasm for the products we implementAbility to travel approximately 25% to provide services to clientsPreferred Qualifications:Hands on experience with M3 applications: any of the following (Manufacturing, Distribution, Procurement, Warehouse, Plant Maintenance, Factory Track or Scheduling Work Bench)M3 Supply Chain experienceFull Time Benefits:Columbus offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees.
