Insight Global is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for our federal building management client in Washington, DC. This client manages the only federal building dedicated to both government and private use. This person will be responsible for overseeing small to medium construction and renovation projects. This includes reviewing construction/renovation plans and ensuring they follow building guidelines, overseeing teams of contractors performing the renovations, granting building access for the work to be carried out, and scheduling fire and safety inspections upon renovation completion. The ideal candidate will have some experience with CAD drawings, or be willing to learn. Qualified candidates MUST be eligible for a security clearance.

PMP Certification
AutoCAD (or other CAD tool) experience
1+ years of Project Coordinator or Project Manager experience
Experience in the construction industry, specifically working with contractors
Experience reading/reviewing construction plans/CAD drawings
Eligible for a security clearance
