Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is currently hiring customer service representatives for our eCommerce department.
As part of Goodwill's eCommerce operation, you will be part of a fast-growing team dedicated to maximizing the value of our donations. Our team supports Goodwill's mission of job skills training and employment services by identifying valuables and selling them on online platforms.
In this role, you will assist online patrons with questions/inquiries of our current offerings available throughout websites such as, but not limited to: eBay, Amazon, and ShopGoodwill.
**Specific Experience/Skills/Abilities :**
* Experience with internet applications and Windows-based computer systems.
* Ability to type quickly and accurately.
* Experience identifying, recognizing, and valuing collectibles, antiques, brand names, hard lines, and soft lines preferred.
* Good social competence, customer service.
* Writing and/or photography skills preferred.
* High level of accuracy.
**Basic Requirements:**
* High school graduate or equivalent required
* Must have valid driver's license and automotive insurance, must regularly provide the agency with proof of valid automotive insurance
* Primarily works in a warehouse setting. Must be able to perform physical requirements of the position including but not limited to frequent standing, bilateral reach, and handling ability; constant fingering and pinch grip; requires frequent ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; may require shoulder height reaching with either hand and firm grasp; frequent bending; may squat; requires frequent ability to push/pull less than 25 lbs.
**This is a full-time hourly position with offered benefits of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Accident, Retirement, and Paid Time Off.**
