Job Duties:
Duties to include taking service requests while providing superior customer service, creating service tickets in the accounting software, scheduling, dispatching and maintaining weekly schedules for multiple technicians. reviewing completed service tickets for accuracy, filing, and other job duties as assigned.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Must have 1-3 years previous dispatch and customer service experience
* Must possess excellent communication skills over the phone and in person to be able to effectively summarize and relay information
* Must be detail oriented and effectively handle multiple tasks at the same time, while being consistently interrupted by phone calls, emails and competing priorities
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Ability to handle 28-40 calls per day
* On-demand calls
* Scheduling return trips
* Calls that don't get done that day need to get scheduled for later in the week
