Outpatient Psychotherapist Group Practice- LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT

Benefit from a rare opportunity as an LMSW to work in an outpatient group practice with supervision provided.

Additionally, we are also seeking fully Licensed and Experienced Clinicians to join our outpatient group practice.

Responsibilities

Provide in-office sessions or telehealth sessions as requested by patients
LMSW's practice under the supervision of our Clinical Director
Complete initial Psychosocial Assessments, formulate Treatment Plans and determine diagnosis
Conduct family sessions as appropriate to support the patient
Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions to work toward established goals and alleviate distressing symptoms
Coordinate care with physicians and prescribers
Provide timely documentation to support medical necessity
Collaborate with our Clinical Director or treatment team and work cooperatively with our admin team
Preference given to those who see children & adolescents or couples and to those who are bi-lingual

Qualifications

Must have a license to practice in the State of Texas - LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LPC-A
Must have liability insurance
Must be dedicated to providing quality mental healthcare
Prior Mental Health Experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting required
Must live a commutable distance to Kingwood, TX 77339 *PLEASE DETERMINE BEFORE APPLYING*
Ability to work independently
Able to make and honor a one-year minimum commitment
Minimum requirement of 30 hours per week
Must be culturally aware and able to work with a diverse population
Dress business casual
