Incredible Career Opportunity as Managing Attorney at US Legal Group's New Kansas City Office
Kansas Legal Group is opening its Kansas City office in Overland Park in the spring / summer of 2024 and we are looking for an experienced divorce and family attorney to manage and help scale the practice. This firm is being opened by attorney David Crum, CEO of US Legal Groups, who is already running best in class law firms in Colorado, Nebraska, and New Mexico. David and his team have grown their law firms to over $20,000,000 in revenue, with 100+ employees in 7 different cities, but this is NOT your run of the mill law firm.
Our compensation packages are designed to be the highest in the divorce and family law firm market, with special compensation strategies that include revenue sharing, performance bonuses and pre-purchased equity shares. Our managing attorney, and other select attorneys, will be invited to participate in our equity accumulation program, in which the Firm pre-purchases shares of stock for the team, resulting in eventual ownership of the Firm by those who make it successful.
We are looking for a Managing Attorney who has experience leading a team and is excited about helping us grow the practice. This position will be best filled by someone with an entrepreneurial streak who is interested in building something extraordinary. There will be opportunities for team members to expand their practices, if desired, into criminal defense and estate planning. Top candidates will be smart, entrepreneurial, down to earth, drama free, and motivated to be part of our mission.
