**Salary:** Starting at 10.50ph

**Location:** Northampton (Brackmills Industrial Estate)

Pattern is a leading ecommerce accelerator headquartered in the Silicon Slopes tech hub in Utah with offices around the globe. We operate a unique marketplace model in which we partner with leading brands and become their authorized marketplace seller. In Europe we currently work with Pandora, Rituals, Ice Breaker, and the North Face, managing the end-to-end logistics of selling their brands on Amazon.

We are looking for warehouse operatives to join our growing and busy team. As part of our team, you will receive full training and can expect to gain experience in all areas of the operation. We are based in Northampton and operate between 7:30- 15:30 Monday Friday with opportunities for overtime in peak periods when required.

The role is varied and can range from packing products and moderate manual handling through to system and spreadsheet work. The core duties include.

* Picking, packing, and labelling orders in line with customer requirements.

* Checking new deliveries on arrival.

* Stowing and putting away inventory.

* Assisting with inventory checks.

* Checking job sheets and packing quality.

* Completion of quality audit sheets for packed shipments.

* Reporting any issues, damages, and discrepancies.

* Supporting team leaders as required.

* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

* Any additional tasks that are within your skill set.

* Processing orders and shipments on our systems.

* Booking collections with carriers.

* Inputting data into online systems and spreadsheets.

* Previous experience in warehouse environment.

* Good attention to detail.

* Entry-mid level excel knowledge.

* Strong customer focus.

* Team player with positive attitude.

* Reach truck, and or counterbalance license and experience.

* Previous experience with WMS.

* Previous experience working with online retailers such as Amazon.

* Lean six-sigma understanding.
