Antitrust, Competition & Trade Mid-Level Associate

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP is seeking midlevel and senior antitrust litigation associates to join its global Chambers Band 1 ranked Antitrust, Competition and Trade (ACT) practice in all three of its US offices (New York, Silicon Valley, and Washington, DC).
The ideal candidate has three or more years of substantive antitrust litigation practice, including experience with class actions and all other major phases of civil litigation. In particular, Freshfields is looking for candidates with substantial writing experience who can draft, edit, and manage major sections of motions and dispositive briefs. Experience as a state or federal judicial clerk is preferred.
Familiarity with government enforcement agencies and a background in economics are additional pluses. Candidates must exhibit excellent research and writing skills, academic performance, and an ability to multi-task across matters.

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP associates are compensated based on leading market rates. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $235,000 - $420,000.
