Seeking a positive, courteous, energetic, and professional sales driven individual to run events at Costco Locations.
Work Hours: 10am 5:30pm M, W, T, F, S, S (3-5 of these days)
Sales Professionals Compensation:
- Starting at $17.00 - $20.00 BASE HOURLY PAY plus SEPERATE Weekly BONUS, corresponding with previous sales experience. The top 25% of our reps make anywhere between $32-$44/hour! We pay the most because we only hire the best!
- This is a w-2 position with a base hourly pay, plus bonus.
- This is not a 1099 or contract position
- This is not a commission only position
Sales Professionals Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years commissioned sales, direct sales or relevant marketing experience. 15-20+ years cold sales or marketing preferred.
Experienced salesperson, this this is not an entry level position.
- Positive energy, well organized, high level of focus and strong sense of commitment.
- Outgoing, charismatic and fun!
- Have a passion for helping people.
- Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly.
- Consistently creates a welcoming environment.
- Professional outward appearance.
- Complies with all company script requirements.
- Ability to work independently with no supervision.
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours with breaks.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
