Service Tool Co., LLC . is a 53-year old company established in 1971 located in New Iberia, Louisiana, and we are one of the largest distributors of Impulse Hand Tool Displays. We are a company committed to service, and we take great pride in our people who help Service Tool Company succeed every day. We sell to hardware stores (including Ace, True Value, Do It Best), auto parts stores (including NAPA, Carquest, Big A) and many others.

With popular programs like our multi price point tool displays, eyewear displays, counter merchandisers and numerous other product lines, there s no wonder it's hard to name a place where you can't find Service Tool Co. products. Products are sold under the Regal , Tool Cache , Tool City , Roadcraft , Tech 4 and Dynamaxx brand names.

Sales manager must be performance driven toward the company goal of exceeding daily and weekly sales plan objectives. A regional sales manager must also maintain high personal and moral standards that uphold the Service Tool Co. vision of "Winning By Being The Best At Satisfying America's Impulse Appetite." A regional sales manager must be willing to travel several states to work with his salespeople.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage Sales Reps in the states of insert state/region/area
  • Weekly travel required, working w/ reps, running open territories
  • Increase volume of region by working closely with sales reps
  • Hiring and training of reps in assigned region
  • Transmit daily sales reports
  • Communicate regularly with customers and reps on new products or service offerings, service issues and complaints. Resolve issues within company guidelines.
