The Maintenance Technician Pay is $25 - $30 DOE and paid WEEKLY!
Shift Availability:
FIRST- 6am-3pm (OT may be required)

We are looking for team players for our Maintenance department who can perform and communicate effectively. Must have the ability to Read, Write, and multi-task efficiently. Able to lift up to 50 pounds, problem-solve, and logical thinking. This place offers a great work environment and steady work plus overtime each day!
Job Requirements and Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics, including hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Familiarity with high voltage electrical systems and industrial electrician work.
Proficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Repair or replace faulty parts, such as motors, belts, bearings, and electrical wiring.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.
