Now Hiring: Social Work Director
Responsibilities Social Work Director:
- Help to identify residents psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs.
- Complete Social History and Psychosocial assessment of residents.
- Work with interdisciplinary team to promote and protect residents rights.
- Prevent and address resident abuse as mandated by law and professional licensure.
Qualifications Social Work Director:
LTC/Subacute experience required.
CSW or LSW required.
