Administrative/Customer Service
* Responsible for achieving and maintaining a clean, de-duplicate master parts list ensuring a standard nomenclature
* Oversees the effective administration of the MRO inventory Add-To-Stock process
* Manages the creation, distribution and updating of the Storeroom Catalog
* Prepares Purchasing Requisitions from written and verbal Maintenance staff requests
* Develops and communicate the site's spare parts repair vs. replacement guidelines
* Assist in the performance of Standardization & Cross Referencing to minimize inventory duplication
* Identify inactive or obsolete parts/supplies
CMMS Administration
* Performs various data entry tasks in assuming primary ownership of the inventory module within the site's CMMS
* System caretaker in obtaining parts data and updates the system with supplier, manufacturer, pricing, lead time data, etc.
* Orders MRO spare Parts interfacing with multiple vendors and the corporate Purchasing department
* Review cycle count results identifying inventory count discrepancies making system reconciliations, triggering any required investigations
* Assists in developing and updating departmental MRO Standards, SOPs, best practices and Playbooks
Order Processing
* Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary
* Manages tracking expected, delinquent incoming orders & contacts suppliers regarding delivery status
* Negotiates supplier pricing and delivery concessions
* Reviews supplier invoices for errors then approves
* Performs Min/Max stock level and Re-order point adjustments to achieve optimal inventory levels
* Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
