Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) seeks a Bilingual Intake Customer Service Representative for a 6-month contract at one of our biggest clients! This position requires that the selected candidate will work in one of the locations listed above.
**Requirements:**
* **The Intake Analyst will provide information and process applications on COVID-19 disaster related assistance through verbal and/or written methods for an Emergency Rental Assistance Program**
* **Schedule applicants to complete application process**
* **Under minimal supervision performs application review to determine eligibility based on established program guidelines**
* **Analyzes financial information against income eligibility requirements**
* **Performs quality check against all submitted applications before submitting for final approval**
* **Excellent organization skills to manage high volume case loads**
* **Excellent customer service skills to assist applicants through the process**
**Minimum Education:**
* **High School Diploma General Equivalency Diploma**
**Minimum Experience:**
* **1 or more years of related experience to include multi-tasking in a fast-paced and complex business environment required**
* **Computer proficient**
* **MS Outlook and Office Customer service skills**
* **Spanish speaking applicants required**
**Preferred:**
* **Prior income verification or financial experience**
