About the Role:
Mollie Stone's Markets is looking for a full-time Junior Graphic Designer who can help us share our story, culture and mission. This hourly/non-exempt position will be supporting the Marketing Team on various digital and print related projects.
Essential Functions:
- Design marketing collateral following our brand standards and templates.
- Comfortable designing for both print and digital formats.
- Assist with photoshoots and digital uploads.
- Photo Retouching.
- Printing and collating seasonal in-store marketing.
- Assist with Social customer engagement.
- Assist with the company's main website maintenance.
- Organize Photo Archive
Minimum Qualifications: - 1(one) to 3(three) years of Graphic Design Experience.
- Design Portfolio Required.
- Copy-writing knowledge helpful.
- Able to work both remotely and at the office, depending on the needs of the business.
- Local SF Bay Area candidates only.
Competencies: - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must maintain confidential information and know-how.
- Ability to handle expensive and fragile equipment (cameras, lights, etc.)
Physical Requirements: - Lifting: min. of 35 lbs.
- Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Seating: Up to 8 hours per day.
- Walking: Up to 4 hours per day.
- Reaching: Up to 1 hour per day.
- Able to travel to store locations independently and as needed.
Compensation: Pay Range: $24.00 to $28.85/hour - Depending on Experience
