**Description**
Walter Payton Power Equipment is the exclusive Grove and Manitowoc Crane Dealer, with territories included in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. We are offering an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator.
**Warehouse Coordinator Description**
Coordinate Warehouse activities to help maintain an efficient work environment. Responsible for inbound and outbound shipments. Distribute inventory and fill orders for internal and external Customer requirements. Maintain office policies and procedures related with data entry, filing, emailing, or faxing. Familiar with office environment needs based on previous experience. Performs a variety of tasks and is flexible to ongoing changes to help improve the office environment. Works efficiently with minimal supervision. Reports directly to the Parts Manager.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Create, Schedule, and Track Shipments for Orders
* Inspect Inbound Shipments for accuracy or damages
* Pull Parts from Inventory to fill Orders
* Maintain Cycle Counts for Inventory Accuracy
* Assist with Reception for incoming Phone Calls
* Track, Maintain, and Order Warehouse Supplies
* Assist with General Office responsibilities including, but not limited to Data Entry, Electronic and Manual Filing, and Mail distribution
* Miscellaneous Errands as needed
**Qualifications:**
* Requires minimum High School Diploma
* 1 3 Years Warehouse Experience
* Ability to work with little supervision and adapt quickly to a rapidly changing environment
* Proficient computer skills required Standard programs such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook
* Strong communication, attention to detail and multi-task multiple jobs within the work day
