Our paid intern program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. After finishing this program, you will have gained broad experience in the live event business. This is a part-time position, up to 20 hours per week.LEARNING OBJECTIVESThe objective of this internship is to gain knowledge and perspective within the below departments. You will learn the essential roles and responsibilities needed to start the groundwork for any successful C3 festival or live event.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOArtist Relations:Assist in staffing for all areas of Artist Relations (including Artist Transportation, Hospitality, Ambassadors, Artist Credentials, and more)Learning how to navigate Artist Relations Outlook, SharePoint, and other useful platformsAssist in reconciling invoices and reimbursementsGain first-hand experience on-site with the Artist Relations departmentDigital Strategy:Assist with data analysisLearn and analyze the festival customer journeyAssist with quality assurance of marketing technology across milestonesAssist with setup, configuration, and audits of all customer facing technologiesAssist with market researchLearn, implement, and teach others how to use automation toolsTravel:Learning how to use Travel Services such as: SWABIZ, C3PO, and ConcurAssisting with coordinating travel plans to staffers for upcoming eventsHelping to manage room lists, airfare, and ground transportation for traveling staffGaining knowledge on hotel contracts and the billing process for upcoming eventsLearning how to understand and reconcile travel service invoicesAssist in reconciling flights booked on the travel corporate cardPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSThis role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office.
