We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk!

- Pay is negotiable based on previous experience and includes a monthly bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Enter all payable invoices, issue checks, payoff sold vehicles, reconcile and pay extended warranty statements, review all payable schedules and reconcile A/P statements including the factory statement. Prepare daily bank deposits.
- Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed
- Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees
- Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting using the Reynolds & Reynolds systems in a car dealership a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus
- Professional personal appearance
- Clean driving record
