**Clinical Support Specialist (CMA) (Mental Health)**

Rockville, MD

Part-time Clinical Support Specialist position now available in our Rockville Center offering the opportunity to provide patient care in a behavioral/mental healthcare organization utilizing breakthrough Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy and Spravato treatments for treating depression. Greenbrook TMS is seeking an individual who will work regularly with our CMO and will be trained to assist patients with Spravato treatments and certified to administer Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager.

**Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

* Primary focus will be on assisting patients to safely self-administer Spravato

* Assessing patients including blood pressure using both manual and automatic blood pressure cuffs

* Delivering TMS Therapy to our patients as needed (Training/certification will be provided)

* Providing a safe and therapeutic environment for daily treatment sessions

* Office administrative tasks such as answering phones, maintaining office organization, managing leads, reporting statistical activity to center manager, scheduling appointments, collecting copays, and handling all medical records in compliance with HIPAA

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Medical Assistant certification/licensure Required

* Bachelors degree preferred; HS Diploma or Associate's degree PLUS Medical Assistant certification/licensure required

* 2 years Certified Medical Assisting experience required

* Prior EMR/EHR Experience

* Prior Insurance Experience

**Preferred Experience and Qualifications:**

* Previous experience with administering controlled substance preferred, but not required

* Previous TMS and/or Spravato administration experience preferred, but not required

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

* Billing software knowledge

* Clinical Interviewing

* Basic Life Support Certification

* Previous experience working directly with MDs.

This position will be located in our Rockville Center and will be part-time (24 -30 hours per week with an anticipated transition to full-time in the future). We are looking for someone with flexiblity to work during any of our hours of operation (7am - 7pm). Our technicians work 8 hour daily shifts but schedules will vary depending on our patients' needs.
