As a Level 2 Help Desk Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our internal staff and external clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams, and ensuring timely resolution of all support tickets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network protocols.
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and remote desktop support tools.
