**SUMMARY**
The Order Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the overall flow of Schiller Grounds Care's whole good and parts orders to customers in a timely fashion. This position will be essential to sales activity and communication between sales management, customer care representatives and customers by providing support that optimizes the team's performance. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will assist in order management for all channels but with specific focus on ".Com" Retail and eCommerce. Effectively communicates across the company to ensure priorities are established so that monthly sales and revenue targets are met.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Manages order entry, monitoring and releasing of orders to whole goods, parts and mail order teams.?
* Receives, validates, and responds to customer requests in regards to order status and inventory.
* Reviews EDI acquired customer orders, investigates any order anomalies, and provides supervision of order flow to ship customer orders on a timely basis. ?
* Schedules and leads meetings between sales and logistics team for prioritization of order flow.?
* Analyzes current inventory information to ensure orders are matched up to inventory for order fulfillment. ?
* Supports sales team with updating appropriate sales documentation (rebates, etc.)?
* Assists in CRM management.?
* Works with staff members from other departments such as marketing, product management and financing to optimize sales activities.?
* Performs other duties and assignments as requested by sales leadership.?

**Required Education and Experience**
- 3-5 years of Sales, Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.
**Preferred Education and Experience**
- BS Degree in business or marketing
- 3-5 years of Customer Service or order management skills.
