**Overnight (3rd shift) Equipment Cleaner/Sanitation Technicians**

An Equipment Cleaner works as part of the Sanitation Team and is responsible for disassembly, cleaning, assembly and initial set-up of pasta production equipment. The hours are 9:30pm to 6:00am, Monday through Friday, some Saturdays. Overtime is paid at time and one-half. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour with possibility for increase at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. After 1 year, employee is eligible for our Semi-Annual Bonus Program.
