Title:Warehouse E-Commerce Associate Location:Lakewood, COCome join our exciting team at OTooles Garden Center! We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse E-Commerce Associate with the desire to be a part of a team, who has good customer service skills and work ethic. This role will fill all aspects of warehouse work but will mainly focus on the E-Commerce portion of our business. Ability to problem solve, think independently, understand company goals & objectives. Excellent communication at all department levels. **Job Summary:**
**Duties/Responsibilities:**
* Responsible of Warehouse Fulfillment team with warehouse organization, receiving/shipping orders for stores and warehouse, checking in of product upon arrival, communicate discrepancies/damages to supervisor, implementation, and upkeep of warehouse safety procedures
* Coordinate incoming & outgoing deliveries warehouse with carrier, vendor, and correct parties
* Execute quarterly inventory in warehouse.
* Complete data entry task.
* Maintains a professional demeanor during busy times & ability to remain flexible, open, and positive in such circumstances
* Maintain all work areas; keep them clean and orderly. This includes warehouse, hallways, and supply rooms.
* Communicate and exemplify company core values, vision, and mission statement.
* Drive company box truck for store deliveries, errands, company drop-off and pick-up needs.
**Required Skills/Abilities:**
* Ability to complete all Duties and Responsibilities.
* Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
* Advanced understanding of dock and warehouse procedures.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Must have at least 2 years of E-Commerce experience
* Must have experience with Ship Station and Amazon platforms in previous roles.
* Forklift, pallet jack and electronic pallet jack experience required
* Ability to work on your feet most of your shift
* Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs. & be able to move up to 1,000 lbs. via pallet jack
* Ability to work independently; self-motivate and stay on task and coordinate other warehouse tasks with Warehouse Manager.
* Willingness to work a flexible 40 hr. work schedule with occasional weekend work during our busy season in May and June.
* Must have a clean driving record and current drivers license if this situation arises.
**Physical Requirements:**
* Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry objects.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
**Compensation:**
Pay will start at $22/hr.
