Responsibilities:

Administrative Support to the CEO: This includes managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the CEO's daily operations run smoothly.

Support to the Board of Trustees: Similar to the support provided to the CEO, this involves coordinating logistics for board meetings, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring effective communication among board members.

Meeting and Conference Coordination: This entails organizing staff meetings, board meetings, and conferences, which includes scheduling, venue selection, and ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.

Designing Systems and Office Procedures: The role involves creating and implementing efficient office systems and procedures to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

Administering Awards and Recognition Program: This includes managing the processes related to awards, from nominations and selections to organizing award ceremonies.

Liaison Role: Acting as a key point of contact between the CEO and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
