Compensation:
$60,000 - $70,000 At Plan Yearly
Responsibilities:
Make warm calls to customers who have requested information about our services
Identify Customer Needs and Provide Solutions
Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Relations
Build, maintain, and manage customers' accounts
Follow-up on client interactions in a thorough manner to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended)
Excellent Listening and Communication Skills
Laptop and/or iPad
High-Speed Internet
Quiet Work Space
15$ Per Hour plus commission
