**Warehouse Worker**

**Warehouse - Phoenix, AZ - Full Time**

**American Fire Equipment a Division of The Hiller Companies has an opening for a mid-level experienced individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Worker position.**

***Responsibilities and Duties***

* Pick up parts from Vendors as needed.

* Warehouse receiving.

* Stage orders from deliveries or part pick ups.

* Put away stock.

* Tool crib responsibilities and all that encompasses.

* Conducts tool, ladder and equipment inspections.

* Conducts equipment check in on departing employees.

* Assist with truck inventory counts on departing employees.

* Look up and/or verify product cost before creating, processing and submitting orders to Vendors.

* Process stock orders and job/service-repair orders for all AFE branches.

* Process stock orders and job/service-repair orders in Vendor Portals.

* Request quotes and ETA's from Vendors for Sales department, Technicians and Project Managers for all branches.

* Receive deliveries from UPS, FedEx or Semi-Truck.

* Verify quantities and pricing before receiving invoices into E1 for all AFE branches.

* Process shipping of freight and boxes via UPS or Fed Ex.

* Give PO's for non-stock items for jobs/service-repair for all AFE branches.

* Pull orders for part sales.

* Pulling orders from stock for job/service-repair emergencies and/or time sensitive job/service-repair for all AFE branches and ship accordingly to the corresponding branch

* Process RMA's to vendors for either defective parts or stock returns to vendor.

* Assist Sales department with research of parts and/or pricing of parts or where to purchase said parts.

* Provide PPE and safety equipment to techs when requested.

***Qualifications and Skills***

* Must have computer skills

* Basic Warehouse knowledge

* Ability to drive a fork-lift

* Be able to lift a minimum of 50LBS

* Valid driver's license and clean driving record

* Be able to pass a drug screen

* Be able to pass a background check
