**What Youll Get to Do :**

As a CACI-SOAS Geospatial Pattern of Life Analyst, you will be a member of a full spectrum geospatial team of analysts providing geospatial pattern of life (POL) intelligence support regarding emerging technologies and WMD efforts. You will provide specialized expertise in GEOINT analysis to analyze geospatial data and obtain intelligence to identify enemy movements, determine POL, and make recommendations on the use of GEOINT sensors for reconnaissance and surveillance missions. You will conduct POL analysis, with the capability to identify, monitor, and document habitual behaviors and activities over time from imagery and various intelligence sources. You will perform algorithm development (light scripting/automation) for complex data exploitation processes as needed. You will assist in providing quality assurance and quality control over developed products to ensure they meet client standards and follow NGA and Director of National Intelligence (DNI) standards.

**More About the Role:**

This position serves as geospatial subject-matter expert and technical authority with a focus on portals, dashboards and other Esri capabilities as well as current/near-term events, plans, developments, and trends pertaining to GEOINT, the proliferation of WMD and nuclear/radiological events; issues impacting weapons security; force protection; and force operability and survivability against a broad spectrum of nuclear, biological, chemical, and other WMD events.

**Youll Bring These Qualifications:**

+ Practical understanding of GEOINT analytic tools such as Arc-Pro, ENVI, and SOCET.

+ **Required Experience:** At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

+ **Required Education:** Bachelors degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. An additional 4 years of

+ Must have the ability to create network diagrams using Analyst Notebook, or other similar tool, and have experience with Geo Metadata Analysis and Pattern of Life development using ArcGIS, FADE, Google Earth, Palantir, or other appropriate tools.

+ Ability to code/script, such as in Python, MATLAB, R, and/or IDL.

+ One to three years of GEOINT (IMINT, FMV, SAR, etc.) support to members of the IC.

+ Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

+ Previous experience with CBRNE/WMD related intelligence (to include CP, Nuclear Policy, health/medical, arms control, weapons technology, etc.)

**These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:**

+ Expert understanding of GEOINT analytic tools such as Arc-Pro, ENVI, and SOCET

+ More than five years of experience providing direct GEOINT support to network analysis in support of POL development.

+ Master degree in GEOINT related field (geospatial engineering, cartography)

+ More than 15 years of IC Agency experience and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience, including, and be well-versed in all areas of Geospatial military intelligence.
