Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Insurance Agents on a commission-only basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide them with solutions to protect their assets and loved ones.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales techniques
Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews with clients to assess their current coverage and identify gaps
Present and recommend insurance products and solutions that meet the needs of clients
Assist clients with the application process and provide ongoing support throughout the policy issuance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Valid insurance license (Life, Health, and/or Property & Casualty) required
Previous experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own business
Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment
