Ariens Company is seeking a self-starting, motivated Painter which is a position that involves painting, parts picking and quality assurance while following set standards.
**Starting Pay Rate is $16.00!**

**THE DAY TO DAY...**
+ Safe operation of machines and tools
+ Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
+ Work as part of a team having responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment
+ Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
+ Handles raw materials and/or parts and places in designated location
+ Operates equipment needed to perform the job
+ Strict adherence to standard work
+ Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
+ Completes operator preventative maintenance on equipment
+ Ability to problem solve effectively
+ Ability to communicate**THE QUALIFICATIONS...**
+ Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
+ Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
+ Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
+ Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
+ Ability to work as part of a team
