The Entry Warehouse Clerk assists in loading and shipping products out accurately and efficiently for the Heavenly departments and third party tenants.
**Additional responsibilities include (but are not limited to):**
* Can effectively and safely, push, pull, and load pallets
* Delivers product accurately and efficiently to the designated locations on a daily basis.
* Maintains cleanliness in the work areas to include the dock, walk-ins, vehicles, walkways around the loading dock and parking spaces for vehicles.
* Communicates with supervisors on product handling, equipment issues and delivery issues.
* Abides by all employee standards and policies as outlined in the Employee handbook.
* Interacts with department managers, third party tenant staff and haul cat drivers.
* Basic knowledge of warehouse functions and tools. (pallet jacks, forklifts, lift gates, etc).
* Ability to withstand rigorous work of pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 75 lbs. throughout an 8-10 hour period.
* Willingness to work in nightime blizzard like conditions.
* Position will require employee to haul, throw and handle trash bags and containers of food waste.
* Must be willing to dawn tire chains on company vehicles when needed.
**Requirements:**
* Valid Driver's license and record that complies with Vail Resort's driving policies.
* Valid Food Handler card within 30days of employment (optional).
* Experience driving box truck up to 40 feet (3 positions available, pay incentive).
