We are looking foran experienced, talented, and tenacious Sales Specialist that thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment to lead sales for Omni Cable's Broadband Business Unit (BBU). The role of Sales Specialist will report to the Sales Director, Broadband and is responsible for the required subject matter expertise and sales execution supporting the Omni sales organization and Broadband customers and Suppliers. The Sales Specialist will serve as both an overlay to the assigned members of the Omni sales team and carry account-based quota for select accounts.

What You'll Do:

Responsible for the assigned region/accounts Broadband Business Unit sales growth, specifically to drive growth in Sales and Gross Profit supporting Omni Account Managers, TSM's and CSC's

Align sales efforts and strategy to our supplier's strategy. Participates in and supports supplier initiatives and programs.

Participate, support, and collaborate on Go to Market Strategies and programs to drive growth and profitability.

Maintain a funnel of opportunities in the assigned format consistent with sales goals.

Input on inventory levels and programs with the supply chain and procurement team to drive aligned success.

Build and communicate to the organization your progress including KPI's and progress towards your most important goals.

Collaborate with the BBU, Omni sales leadership and Account Managers to continuously improve BBU performance.

Assess the business for trends in inventory, competitor information, pricing patterns and customer concerns collaborating with the BBU and Omni teams to optimize our stock position.

Act as an escalation point for customer issues.

Collaborate with the BBU and Omni team on orders and workforce flow to help promote a unified team with solid communication.

Demonstrate leadership. Be an example to the team regarding OmniCable company culture.

Work Experience

What You'll Need:

Minimum 5 years of Inside Sales experience

Broadband and/or Datacom industry experience

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Proficiency with corporate productivity and presentation tools

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Bonus:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
