Specific responsibilities include:
* Providing delivery services of food and beverage items to guests while ensuring the highest possible guest satisfaction
* Ensuring appearance of food and beverages are being served within standards
* Accommodating guests special requests and concerns
* Maintaining complete working knowledge of proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, safety practices, department specific procedures (i.e. amenities, timelines for delivery, table retrieval, hall sweeps)
We have Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available, first and second shift!
**Skills/Requirements**
* Prior serving experience preferred but not required
* Applicant will be required to obtain a SafeServe certificate upon hire
* Applicants must be 18 years old
