* **Monday -Friday**
* **Pay Rate: $18 per hour**
**Job Requirements:**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), one (1) to three (3) years' experience with painting, drywall repair, and trim/molding repair/install. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess verbal and written communication ability, basic math skills, strong customer service skills, and be available at all times. Must be proficient in the operation of computer applications, maintenance equipment such as basic tools, ladders, plumbing tools etc.
**Job Summary:**
This position is for a painter which will require a solid, proven skill for performing basic and advanced carpentry involving painting and finishing's.
**Painter Duties:**
**Provides routine and general carpentry/finishing work throughout Ingleside at King Farm.**
* Possess advanced skills and knowledge of; light carpentry, painting, wallpaper, and other building finishes such as millwork, .
* Assists with the removal and treatment of snow and ice as required and outside standard operating hours.
* Obtains work orders from Maintenance Manager at beginning of shift; completes all electronic paperwork and returns to Maintenance Manager at the completion of each day.
* Completes all work orders within 48 hours or sooner of receiving notice of repair needed.
* Ability to utilize an electronic/hand held (such as an i-pad) devise to track and log work.
* Must be on a continued education path to improve skills and knowledge.
* Must participate in fire drills, disaster drill and other such regulatory drills that govern healthcare.
* Working with the maintenance team and under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, responsible for general upkeep and maintenance to approximately 850,000 square foot building encompassing nursing home, independent living apartments, commercial kitchens, public assembly spaces and dining venues.
