That includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall e-commerce experience for our customers. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce trends, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Key Responsibilities* Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.* Identify and implement best practices to optimize the e-commerce platform for user engagement and conversion.* Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.* Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.* Oversee the creation and management of engaging product content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all digital platforms.* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visuals and copy that resonate with the target audience.* Implement initiatives to improve the overall online customer experience, from website navigation to post-purchase support.* Monitor customer feedback and reviews, addressing issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.* Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative e-commerce solutions.* Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for growth and product expansion.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.* Proven experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, preferably in the automotive or outdoor industry.* Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, website analytics, and digital advertising.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Effective communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.Salary Description$65,000
