**Description**

Position Title: **Shipping & Receiving Clerk I**

Department: Logistics

Reports to: Logistics Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Role Profile: Warehousing Shipping

**Summary:**

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for the on-time storage and disbursement of goods. Picking and packing all customer orders and/or receipt of goods into stock daily. These duties are directly related to the companys general business operations.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** **(Other duties will be assigned as required)**

* Pick and pack product according to standard procedures and any special instructions on printed pick lists

* Verifies items received with purchase order

* Stocks shelves and rotates inventory using first-in, first-out best practices

* Participate in physical inventory of warehouse

* Load and unload materials onto or off of pallets, racks and shelves manually

* Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand/walk for an 8 hour shift

**Education and Experience:**

High School Diploma

Basic Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge
