Junior Architectural Project Manager
Location: Downtown Chicago
Duration of Job: Contract to Hire
*IMMEDIATE NEED*
Seeking an Architectural Project Manager for our client in downtown Chicago. This individual will be responsible for creating sets of construction drawings and review of RFIs and submittals under the direct supervision of senior staff for Industrial, office and retail new construction projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of ADA, building codes, energy conservation codes and document codes
- Experience and knowledge with MEP disciplines.
- Basic understanding of accessibility guidelines, building codes and energy conservation codes
- Excel in fast paced and challenging client focused position.
- Job Site visits and/or onsite meetings with the client
- Min 3-5 years of experience in the industry
- Experience using Procore or similar Construction Project Management Software
- At any given time may be running 5 projects at a time throughout the Midwest
