Position Description
Valiant is seeking Watch Officers for challenging opportunities with Northern Virginia federal government client. Watch Officers work on integrated government/contractor teams and with Intelligence Community (IC) partners to perform critical, fast-paced intelligence analysis. Cleared candidates at any skill level are encouraged to apply.

Position Requirements
Must have a current/active TS/SCI with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in the IC.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing and presenting briefings to consumers at all levels.
Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24/7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness.
Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high consequence environments to include federal or state law enforcement, military or intelligence operations.
Knowledge of the intelligence life cycle and how to provide effective support through all stages.
Ability to work on a weekly rotating shift.
Experience with intelligence operations, analysis and support to field operations.
Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing.
